CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments at the time of booking. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service. No call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients with a history of no call, no-show appointments will be required to place a non-refundable deposit for all future bookings, regardless of prior client status. This policy is in place to protect reserved appointment times and ensure availability for all clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
